About Brazil:
Since the release of the new Brazilian customs policy in August 2018, the local Correios do Brasil customs has begun to implement the new customs clearance procedures, and its local practices have been changed from partial mail processing fees to full collection, as detailed below:
1. For low-value shipments – less than 50 usd for mail, 15 BR clearance processing fee per ticket (15 Brazilian Reals for 4 USD), The postman charges this money to consignees when they do the delivery.
